I authorize any person and any other organization or agency to provide information relevant to this investigation and I hereby release and hold harmless all persons, organizations or agencies supplying information pursuant to such investigation from all liability or responsibility to me for doing so.

I understand adhering to Bridger Bowl’s Mountain Host Volunteer responsibilities and requirements, Mountain Regulations and Montana State Law is a condition of participation in this volunteer program.

I understand my status as a volunteer is "at will" meaning my volunteer relationship is for no definite period and either Bridger Bowl Inc. or I may terminate our relationship at any time and this volunteer application does not constitute a contract.
