Reservations 101

There are 4 types of reservations that can be made to come skiing or riding at Bridger Bowl this year:
  • Passholder Reservations apply to Midweek and Unlimited Season Passholders.
  • Day Ticket Reservations both purchase the day ticket and make a reservation.
  • Any Day Pack Reservations are for those who have already purchased their Any Day Pack and wish to reserve a day.
  • If none of the above categories applies, please see the 'Other Reservations' section.
Reservations will be made available at 2:00pm , 4 days in advance.

Rental reservations are required. Watch the video below for instructions.

Canceling a Reservation

Please do not come to Bridger Bowl to ski if feeling sick, canceling reservations opens spaces for others to ski and ride.

A cancellation form must be completed, for each reservation to be cancelled, by 9am of the reserved day in order to redeem the following credits:

  • Season Pass Cancellations—
    • Will not count towards used days in the case that Bridger Bowl is closed early due to COVID-19.
    • See the Winter 2020/21 Season Pass Guarantee from October 28, 2020 under Past Updates and Information.
  • Day Ticket Cancellations—
    • A promo code which can be redeemed for the same product this season (2020/21) will be emailed.
    • Promo codes may take up to a week to receive.
    • Separate reservations to redeem canceled tickets are required.
  • Any Day Pack Cancellations—
    • Will not be subtracted from Any Day Pack.
    • Must call to rebook a reservation for another day this season (2020/21).
  • Other Product Cancellations—
    • Will be able to use the same product on a different day this season (2020/21).
    • Separate reservations to redeem canceled products are required.

Passholder Reservations

Written instructions

  1. Click on the Passholder Reservations button
  2. Pick the date of your desired reservation from the calendar. Reservations will be made available at 2:00pm , 4 days in advance..
    • If this date does not have spaces left you will see Not currently available
    • If you do not have the correct pass product for that day (ie. Midweek Pass trying to make a weekend Season Pass reservation) you will see Not currently available
  3. Next, choose the number of people—up to 10—with which you wish to reserve.
    • If more guests are selected than spaces currently available, the system will notify you that the amount trying to be reserved exceeds the capacity for that day and you will have to select less spots.
    • Guests can only reserve spots together if they are on the same account, or, if they know every person's customer code, located on their pass or Bridger Bowl Card.
  4. After items are added to the cart, those reservations are held for 15 (subject to change) minutes during which time the process must be completed in order to keep them.
    • If the reservation is not made within the time frame, the spots will be opened up for other guests to reserve.
  5. Assign Guests to reservations.
    • If a person does not have the correct product for the day (ie. Midweek Pass trying to make a weekend Season Pass reservation) you will see not be able to assign that guest to the reservation.
  6. After all spaces are assigned, you can continue through the checkout process, completing the required agreements.
    • The person making the reservation can only complete waivers for themselves and any underage guests linked to their account.
    • All other guests will be emailed a waiver, which must be completed before coming to Bridger Bowl.
  7. Once completed, you will be emailed a confirmation and a receipt.

Day Ticket Reservations

Make a one time BRIDGER BOWL CARD purchase before reserving a day.

  1. Purchase a Bridger Bowl Card—one time per person purchase

  9. Once completed, you will be emailed a confirmation and a receipt.

Any Day Pack Reservations

Make a one time BRIDGER BOWL CARD purchase and purchase an Any Day Pack before reserving a day.

Other Ticket Reservations

Make a one time BRIDGER BOWL CARD purchase before reserving a day.

If you have one of these Other Tickets you will need to visit the corresponding department after making a reservation online. The department will charge the amount owed and load a ticket onto your BRIDGER BOWL CARD for access to the mountain.

    • Select which other product to redeem from the dropdown menu.
  7. Complete checkout and sign waivers
    • The person making the reservation can only complete waivers for themselves and any underage guests linked to their account.
    • All other guests will be emailed a waiver, which must be completed before coming to Bridger Bowl.
  8. Once completed, you will be emailed a confirmation and a receipt.

Rental Reservations

This year, rental packages require a reservation. Watch the video to see an example of the Rental Reservation process, or read the written instuctions.

A Bridger Bowl Card must be purchased prior to making a reservation.

Understand skier type before renting skis —

Written instructions

  1. Before reserving make sure a Bridger Bowl Card has been purchased, and that you choose a type of rental (Standard or High Performance).
  2. Make a reservation to ski/snowboard. Reservations will be made available at 2:00pm , 4 days in advance.
    • If this date does not have spaces left you will see Not currently available and a rental reservation should not be made.
  3. Choose Continue Shopping on the bottom of the screen.
    • Any reservations in your cart will be held until the Cart Timer runs out, while you continue shopping.
  4. Scroll through the tiles and select either Standard Rental Packages or High Performance Packages.
    • Make a reservation for the same day as the reservation to ski/snowboard.
  5. Assign reservations
    • The same person must be assigned to both reservations.
    • If a person is not eligible for a rental product they will not be able to sign up
  6. Add required rental information
    • Follow the link Skier Type above if skier type is unknown.
  7. After all spaces are assigned, you can continue through the checkout process.
    • The person making the reservation can only complete waivers for themselves and any underage guests linked to their account.
    • All other guests will be emailed a waiver, which must be completed before coming to Bridger Bowl.
  8. Double check before completing that the reservation and rental reservation dates are the same.
  9. Once completed, you will be emailed a confirmation and a receipt.
